Mortgage broking and lending solutions with a specialty most brokers can’t offer: we’re built for engineers and building professionals, because our principal spent thirty years as one. Design & Engineering
PROPERTIED® Design & Engineering — delivered through KDC Consulting Group, the consulting engineering arm of KDC International. Building services design, fire safety engineering, subdivision design and planning, and engineering advisory — led by a Fellow of Engineers Australia with a Master of Fire Safety Engineering. Recent work includes complete building services design and construction supervision for a commercial office fit-out in the Sutherland Shire, and engineering coordination for the Oyster Bay development application.
Construction & Development
PROPERTIED® Construction & Development — delivered through KDC International Pty Ltd, established 2002. Property development, construction and project delivery, from feasibility through approvals to completion. Current work includes a land subdivision and residential renovation at Oyster Bay NSW, with the development application lodged with Sutherland Shire Council in August 2026.
We prove everything on our own projects before we ask anyone to join us.
